Let's be honest, there's no shortage of people in the area who claim to do Ombre Powder brows, and some them have too good to be true prices. I'm old enough to know very well that you get what you pay for. So, instead of looking at just the price, I looked for quality and consistent high reviews. After all, these brows were going to he on my face for a very long time. After much research I picked this place.I called, and the CEO answered the phone. She took her time and talked about everything, not rushing me off the phone at all.
