Dr. Patchen at BMG-primary care on Union is very caring and thorough in his examinations. I’ve been a patient over 10 years. He asks questions and follows up on past questions and concerns. He is genuine and helpful. He knows that I take care of my mother and he always asks about her health. I see him for chronic illnesses and he reminds me that there are ways to change the outcomes.

The Nurse Practitioners are the best! What impressed me about her was the fact that she looked at my current medication list ( without asking me) and she made a comparative assessment stating that one of the medication wasn't compatible with my current medication list.
