I have had a great experience with Dr. Cole at Back and Neck Specialists. He listened to all my concerns and did a thorough examination while explaining everything as he went along. I felt relief from pain after my first visit and went home with a good understanding of what treatment approaches he would use and how to support my progress with at home tasks. I am so happy to have found Dr. Cole and the quality of treatment I have received along with the ease of scheduling, payment and appointment reminder provided by the office staff. I highly recommend his practice.

Customer service and professionalism is becoming a lost art in Memphis. This place is definitely a breathe of fresh air. On top of being great at their job it's a very welcoming space. Come here for all your chiropractic needs.

Would give an extra star if I could. I’m a pro wrestler, and have dealt with all kinds of pain, however, I was not aware of any specific injuries I’d suffered, and with one x-ray, Dr. Cole was able to identify a compression injury to my neck. In just 3 months, he has fixed my imbalances. When I came to him, I was in pretty much constant pain, and life has been a lot easier since our first session. I also brought an abdomen trigger point to his attention, something that has bothered me for years. He found a solution to it, and reversed years of pain in one session.
