Automatic did a great job installing my new AC unit. Robbie, Jeffery, Steve, and Chase were knowledgeable, polite, and prompt during the installation. I will definitely recommend Automatic!!!
This is the ONLY company I will be using from now on! I called at 6:15 am expecting to leave a message but the owner himself answered! Not only that but he was able to send Cameron over just a few hours later!! I don't know that I've ever called with an issue and received same day service from any other HVAC company. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as ask questions as we do have an older AC unit. He even questioned us about our filters to ensure that we had the appropriate ones in the correct locations. James came out and performed my annual AC cleaning/service. I feel like he went above and beyond what was required. It’s nice to be able to trust your technician without feeling like they are trying to upsell you on an unnecessary service or product. Thanks again James.
