Legit 24 hour fitness center to get a good workout in. It has many machines and equipment, Smith and free weights, for your beginners to experts. Only downside is after hours, no access to the tanning bed(s) or massage chair(s). Other than that, great environment to get that workout in
I really like this gym. Plenty of parking in the front and on the side.The staff is very professional. The place looks new and clean. People are very friendly here.The location has hydro massage machines, cardio machines, free weights, and machine weights. They have everything I need and the space to do it.I love that this is a 24 hour gym.
Great gym, been coming here since 2019 and always loved the place. One of the only 24/7 gyms in the Memphis area which is awesome if you're interested in working out later at night due to work schedules or if you just like staying up late. Staff is great and friendly and keep the place looking really nice. Does get crowded around the evenings but thins out pretty quickly. Great choice if you're experienced with working out or just starting.
