If I could do zero stars I would this lady is highly unprofessional and disgusting called me out my name she asked me if I wanted a secret massage which I refused she then got upset with me there is illegal activity going on here stay away for your own safety!! Don't waste your time or money. I agree with the majority of the existing comments. This provider is rude, pushy with her rules and need for control. She doesnt deserve one star! When I said she was being very rude to me she said " Get out I dont serve people like you" (?) and added "you are so stupid you dont even know where the F______ bathroom is. (?) sad!

I can't believe that I was treated so rudely at a place that I was supposed to be going to for relaxation! Booking was a hassel within it self. With constant threats of your appointment being canceled and you're not getting your money back becuse u didnt respond to several messages at a certain time was very strange to me. Once I got off the elevator I could hear NYESHA ANDERSON yelling and cursing about her last paying customers as I was walking to her door. Her instructions said to call once you are in the parking lot and I did and no one picked up. As I was walking up I sent her an email saying I called the number and no one picked up.
