Arlington has done a number of work for our projects in various of our properties we manage in the Memphis area over the last few years. They are always super informative and are willing to double back on their work when we feel that it was not satisfactory. Overall good work and responsive team
I had Arlington Electric come out to install two LED can lights into already existing can lights in the ceiling. The work took about 30 minutes (15/light) and I almost fainted when they handed me the bill for $175/light. Turns out this was supposed to be the price of the had to start from scratch. The worked with me the next day when I called to reduce the cost down to $200 which was much more reasonable. The visit alone was $125 flat rate for anyone looking. I would prefer an hourly rate, because for small jobs like this it is not cost effective, but would be fine for larger jobs.
