Update: After fixing this problem myself, the tech that came out failed to even glue the fitting or replace the part they were supposed to. This was not a case of being restricted by the warranty company in anyway. They failed to successfully complete the task they intended. And in response to your assessment that the warranty company somehow affected your scheduling? That is not what the person who answers your phone said. She said they were just busy. Too busy to fix a problem you made worse. No, sir. You all failed.
