Cost: a roof is critical to a house. We did not want to compromise quality on something that is protecting the interior of our home. All Well provided the best explanation of the materials and the pros and cons of each.Schedule: we had some issues that were not the fault of All Well. Another project on our house set us back a few weeks. All Well was understanding and flexible based on our needs.Process: super fast once under way. The crew showed up at 6am and worked until dark. The old roof was removed, repairs made to the under structure and the new roof installed.The process is messy.
