Another customer appreciated Greg's thorough inspection and attention to detail, especially after storm damage, ensuring that their insurance claim was properly filed. The company responds quickly to emergencies, such as when a rainstorm blew siding off a house; Roof MD dispatched professionals the same afternoon and had the house fixed the next day. Greg is known for being reliable; he comes through in urgent situations like fallen branches cracking roofs during ice-storms and water pouring in, often tarp-ing the roof to prevent further damage. He works on rental houses and is trusted to handle various odds and ends during projects, including talking to insurance companies to save customers money. Customers also commend Greg and John, noting that John was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, and that the team provides top-notch service and quality work. Roof MD is dedicated to delivering honest, professional roofing services for both residential and commercial needs.
I had a raccoon or squirrel remove some shingles and try to get into my attic. I contacted Greg and his team got right on it and came out and made the repairs. But the good news is the price for the work was very fair. Greg's team does very good work. I'll definitely use them again for any roofing matters.
Roof MD installed my roof seven years ago. Recently, I called them about a leak near the back of my house. Greg determined that leaves and debris around a valley were diverting water underneath the shingles. He took care of that issue right away and as a courtesy, he performed general maintenance of the roof. When I realized I needed better attic ventilation, I hired Roof MD to install two ridge vents. The work was completely quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Roof MD for any roofing services you might have.
The team at Roof MD was really great! They were pleasant to work with, attentive to my needs and very responsive to my calls. They were very interested in my satisfaction every step of the way. I was satisfied with their work. They were fast.
