She is amazing at Loc Reties, super patient, professional, and communicative. Clients are treated like royalty. Trims, tapers, color, and cuts are always on point. Hair has never looked or felt better. Styles like the 360 crochet bob look flawless. Alicia explains thoroughly how to care for the style. The hair wash and steam treatment are a highlight. Professionalism and timely work make clients quickly book follow-up appointments.
