Quick, efficient service after coming out to give an estimate. Sewer was backing up under the house. They found a blockage and corrected it in a timely fashion. It was a huge mess to find the problem but once they found it ---- smooth sailing. I highly recommend this Memphis owned and operated business.

As a homebuilder, property owner, and business owner, I've tried other plumbing companies over the years. Apparently some folks don't understand what goes into pricing services. Believe me, you don't want "cheap," you want quality at a fair price--Cook delivers both. On one job, they saved me $$,$$$.$$ over what the "cheap" company wanted and did a superb job.

Honest, courteous and professional! They diagnosed the problem quickly based on my comments and an actual observation. Then, they explained the least expensive solution up to most costly. Luck for me, the first one worked. I am so glad I called them! I told my service guys that I NOW have a permanent plumbing service. Thanks Albert Cook!
