Always beautiful work, but since the expansion the service has declined. Was much better before with 2 braiders per head. The braiders are extremely LATE! You come and wait in line then once you get in they go out of Turn in the line. Need to do better. Need more ON TIME braiders. Be fair go in order. Come ready to work! Don’t be taking your vitamins, hugging, eating etc

I’m grateful to have went with my gut and called and explain my hair not meeting my expectations. After review of my style, they took the time to make sure that it was fixed. Mongoura is a really good Braider. Like I mentioned before her braids are super neat with clean/ even parts. I will definitely use this salon again. Everyone in there are amazing Braiders. Everyone’s knotless, boho, or stitch braids were on point. The thing I like most about this salon overall is that you’re literally in and out! They are efficient and get the job done You will not be there for 11+ hrs. I truly thank them for fixing my hair before my vacation .

I came in for stitch braids on just one side of my head since I was getting a quick weave on the other side, and overall, I left really happy with my style. They were able to accommodate the unique request, and the final look turned out exactly how I wanted.
Initially, there was a bit of confusion the first stylist seemed frustrated and I was told to come back another time. However, they quickly pivoted and brought in another stylist who specializes in stitch braids. She was hesitant at first (thinking she’d be doing my full head), but once she understood the situation, she went ahead with the style.
