Tom came out on a Sunday after lightening struck near our house. He told me what the weekend rate was before he came. He did a fantastic job and because it was an easy fix he charged me less than the minimum he had quoted me. I will use him again!
We've been using Ace Electric for several years now, after Tom spotted an issue with our previous condensing unit, that a previous repairman missed. After several years of service, our A/C finally reached end of life.
Tom identified an issue with our duct work layout. In essence, one air duct was used to try and cool 5 rooms. This caused the A/C to work harder than necessary which led to the unit finally playing out.

Tom is very personable, and I feel like I am dealt with honestly and charged fairly. I have now hired him on two separate occasions and would not hesitate to call him again for his services.
