We were stranded in a parking lot with a busted bearing and bent axle. They showed up within the hour and worked non-stop to get us back on the road quickly. They even checked our other wheels and brakes. The price was reasonable and they were polite and clear through the entire process.

Great, speedy service 10/10 we thought we were going to be stuck until the next shop was open and Bob seriously earns his keep. We saw him a little later on just by chance and he checked our camper again just because. Really great guy we had 7 hrs left and are glad to be back on the road. Also this was on a SUNDAY and he still took the time to come and help us.

We were desperate when we called as our slide would not retract causing us to become immobile. The owner was upfront with pricing and patient as can be! Once we realized he was too far away, he still offered us on-phone assistance. He even sent us manuals for the slides which the dealer couldn’t do. Thanks to Lightning’s generous help, we were able to get the slide pulled in and on our way to St Louis!!! 100% recommend!!
