Purchased our unit with them in 2020. We were in need of repair last week. We sent a message to the owner and he replied that someone else is running the business since he now he mayor. The person he sent us has YET to respond. We have called the business office and left messages and they have yet to respond.
Installed a new unit for me in 2020. Have had nothing but problems out of it since. Everytime we have to switch it over to cool or heat, it stops working. Needless to say I have to call them everytime. This time, we've been without air for a month and can't get any contact. 10/10 would not recommend.
I rate this business one star because there are no negatives. Terrible business. Contracted with them in June 2024 to install heat, air and gas line in a new house. Paid most in advance and they never finished the job. We have been on hold for months waiting for them to finish. They will not come and complete the job.
