Just bought a Clark Family Home! The process was smooth and seamless, and the result is a beautiful, new construction home. The design meeting with lead decorator Julie was the most fun part of the process by far! Julie has exquisite taste and was able to guide us through the many interior and exterior design choices by offering great recommendations while honoring our own personal style as well. I love how everything turned out! Project manager Dan was so friendly and accommodating to our requests during final walkthrough and took his time showing us everything we needed to know about the new home. And finally, realtor Tami was a seasoned pro at the closing table, working with my realtor, Brad Lindsay, to bring the deal to a tidy finish! Great job to the entire team at CFH and Hickman Realty on this experience!
Tim arrived when he said he would and fixed my a/c within 30 minutes. I have not tried it out yet but Tim told me to let him know the outcome. Thank Tim for helping me out with this issue.
We were stranded in a parking lot with a busted bearing and bent axle. They showed up within the hour and worked non-stop to get us back on the road quickly. They even checked our other wheels and brakes. The price was reasonable and they were polite and clear through the entire process.
