Our A/C went out and when we called they were there the next day. Great communication and fortunately it was a quick fix due to critters eating some wiring. We also called them due to low air in two rooms and the tecnician Devin who came to repair was diligent in finding the issue. He kept working till he figured it out and the problem was not with anything OK had done. I would not hesitate to call them again.

VERY good customer service. I had Corey as my technician who came out. He not only took care of what I needed done but took a overall look at my system to make sure it was ready for the winter heating season.
Unlike their competitor (taylor) who after three calls and set appointment NEVER SHOWED UP or called to make an excuse.

Great service , professional, friendly. Had a question about our warranty and they took care of it for us without a problem. Cody the technician came out and had us up and running in 30 min . Couldn't ask for better service. Great Job OK Heat and Air 👌
