We are so happy with A to Z! We called on a Saturday and Jon was at our home within the hour. Fixed the problem quickly and explained everything to us. Super polite and knowledgable. Plus, fair prices!! We will call them again for all our AC/heating issues in the future. So thankful to have them close by.
I reached out by text early in the morning after a hot night with no AC. After a few minutes I was entered into the system and automated texts let me know the scheduled time with updates. The best part? The technician shows up an hour early and within 5 minutes of being here, diagnoses the problem. An hour later the house is cooling back down. I mean, you can't ask for a better experience! I would highly recommend A to Z!
John was able and willing to answer every question I asked!
