My water heater busted the night before and I called first thing the next morning and he came right out and had me fixed up in about an hour or just a little after. Quick, efficient and affordable. I'll definitely be using him again when I replace my well tank which will be in about 2 months.

Called a week ago, got answering machine with a message he was booked up for the whole week and couldn't come do work for anyone. I left a message for him to call to schedule an appointment for the end of the following week, but no response. Waited till Saturday and called again. Got the answering machine again, this time saying he's booked through the end of this month and won't be returning any calls. I left a message anyway asking for a call to let me know what his first opening for next month is...so far, no response.
