This is the second home Angie Short has sold for my husband and I! She is nothing but truly amazing at what she does. She goes above and beyond for all her clients, I know that because she did it for me when we first used her to sell our first home I didn't know Angie at all. She made the process easy she did all the phone calls the signs the reposting all the paperwork crossed every (T) and dotted every( I) every time I had a question she had an answer and if she didn't have an answer she found that answer for me she definitely does her homework with as busy as she is she gets back to me in a very quick manner she doesn't leave me guessing or wondering what's going on...read full review

She knows her stuff! She can answer any and all questions and explain things in ways I can understand.
Communictaion was expert; she is easily reachable and always made time for me when I've reached out to her, whether it was a phone call, text or email.
She made the home buying and selling experience smooth and easy and I never had to stress about anything!
I would absolutely recommend her skills and knowledge to help you out if you need someone from the area.

I had issues during closing with there not being a title to a mobile home that was on the property and Mrs Kathy Rourk and her husband went above and beyond to help me through the process.
