Limited selection of glasses for men. Immediately pressured into purchasing a set of frames without being provided my prescription from the doctor as required by the government. The lady “selling” me eye glasses stood next to me instead of allowing me space to look for myself. Additionally after review of what was a mistake purchase, I made a call to cancel my frames and requested a copy of my prescription. I was told under no certain circumstances could the prescriptions be emailed to me because of “HIPPA”. Drove back to the eye doctor and requested a copy of my prescriptions. I was then only provided 1 of the 2 prescriptions… i had to go back in yet again to get the second prescription because they were trying to pull a fast one on me. As far as not being able to send my prescriptions electronically because of HIPPA the excuse doesn’t seem valid to me because when I went in to physically pick them up all I told the front desk was my name. Wasn’t even asked to see a drivers license or even check my date of birth. Doesn’t sound very HIPPA compliant to me.

Know your rights. Just because you see an eye doctor doesn’t mean that you need to purchase frames from them especially when they have limited options. They should immediately provide you a copy of your prescription before ever trying to sell you on lenses and frames.

They ordered me the wrong contacts (6 mo worth!) but I didn’t realize it until I had already opened and used a set. I was told that since I opened it, there was nothing they could do. I had used my insurance allowance to purchase them so had to pay out of pocket a whole new 6 mo worth. Terrible customer service and will not be returning.

The doctors and staff are nice. The problem is that my glasses were too strong and instead of listening to my complaints they just told me that they take time to get used to… I ended up going somewhere else and getting the correct lenses

Doctor and staff are nice as can be.
After waiting nearly a month for a pair of glasses, I tried to cancel the and was told that I would only get 50% of my payment. Absolutely insane policy to not be able to take care of a customer who just wants to see well on Christmas.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you do not want to be taken advantage.

Managerial and customer service training a MUST!
