I had shoulder and bicep surgery in March and started with Emma roughly 3 weeks after surgery. Emma and the staff here create such an incredible atmosphere for therapy, and they all really know what they are doing. Emma helped me push the limits safely, but was also not afraid to make me more uncomfortable than I was ready for. That type of therapy is needed coming off of a surgery when you are scared of it all. We had a whole bunch of fun and rebuilt strength and range of motion with manageable pain levels. I’ve had some challenges, but I’m in my seventies. They help me do correctly, and it may take longer but I’m not giving up. I feel better with my balance, and thankful for the help.

I had an excellent experience with therapy with Emma. The therapist was knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in helping me make progress. This has been one of the best experiences that I have had in Physical Therapy. Emma took the time to explain exercises and techniques in a way that was easy to understand. I felt encouraged and supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to her professionalism and care, I noticed significant improvement in my strength, mobility, and daily functioning.
