Felix came out quick. He was able to get everything fix and up and running quick. He was able to also give us a lot more answers than the other company we were working with. Very friendly and respectful. Thank you very much.
Esan Alqaisi the technician came to my home late today due to my air going out. He was very nice and helpful. I hesitate using people I know nothing about. I feel comfortable with his diagnosis and we will see what happens next. He is sending someone out to talk to me. I need a new unit. My unit is 24 years old. I hope the rest of my problem is handled the same way he did. I'll let you know!
Today my cooling unit was installed by Dylan Witucki and Christian Santana. I am an elderly woman and we get scammed and lied to all of the time. I was hesitant but they won me over especially after I talk to Jeff Cooley the Comfort design specialist.... read full review
