The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a doctor who speaks some Spanish and is super professional. Patients praise the clinic's prompt and detailed care, with a kind and caring staff that takes the time to explain procedures and provide helpful guidance. The staff are always so helpful and kind, treating patients like family. The doctor is great with children and straight to the point, not wasting time. The office is clean and inviting, and the clinic is very affordable, even for those paying out of pocket. Overall, Neighborhood Family Clinic is a wonderful place to receive medical attention, with a dedicated team that truly cares about their patients.
My husband had been going to another place for the past couple of years that had a minimum $150 per visit charge, which he had discovered was about average for the local providers. He discovered NFC was available and stopped in and it has been WONDERFUL! He can get bloodwork, his medication, AND the office visit with the doctor for less than the basic charge of the other places. He said the nurse and doctor are as good or better than any he has had, so there is no question as to who we’ll be using as our local “go to” medical provider. A superb asset for Blount Countians in need of medical care. Nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars when a small illness or injury sidelines them. We want to say “Thank you for doing such a great service to the local people!” We appreciate it.

I went today as a walk in and they treated me well. Barely had to wait. Doctor and his wife are the sweetest people ever. Very affordable prices. I am very happy I found them.
