Another company came out and told me that my unit was 20 years old and they could try a repair for 800, but they were pushing me to replace my unit. Not only my unit but also all the ductwork.
I decided to get a couple other estimates to replace my unit and ductwork. Gary came out. The cost of a unit from him was several thousand dollars less. And he said I didn’t need to replace my ductwork which the other company was going to charge me $8000 for.
And then Gary asked if he could just look at my unit. He fixed it on the spot and charged me less than the other company charged me for a service call!
So Gary saved me over $17,000. Super nice, I felt comfortable with him in my home. And now my home is comfortable because the heat is on. Thank you, Merritt Heating & Air. I’ve been telling everyone about you.
