We got there 30 minutes before closing on July 3 and they said they could absolutely see our son. it took 30 minutes to bring us back and they took vitals immediately. they also swabbed the throat and nose for infection which is something prisma never seems to bother with. it then took an hour of sitting in that room for test results and for the nurse practitioner to actually talk to us. They found nothing and agreed to a longer strep swab only after my wife insisted. Not fast at all. we were given zero communication on how long the wait would be and it seemed very excessive since there were so few patients there

NP Heather was awesome. First visit for me, and I'm nervous around new people, but she made me comfortable, was the least invasive, and communicated clearly. I was in and our in less than 30 mins. Everyone was friendly. This place is amazing.

We went on Monday to have my daughter’s foot checked out after she got a bad cut on it from the lake over the week and it continued to bleed. We sat in an EMPTY waiting room after they checked their last person in for over 20 min - total of almost an hour of sitting and waiting here. It’s not fast at all, the front desk wasn’t at all trying to get anything through quickly. I had two kids with me and there was ZERO urgency on their part. I highly do not recommend going here. Especially to get something looked at that you’re hoping will be relatively quick. It’s ridiculous. We learned our lesson and will not be coming here again unless we absolutely have to.

Very quick, helpful and friendly staff! My son and I were in and out within half an hour without feeling rushed, and the nurses and doctor were really good with him. We got a quick diagnosis and medications and he got stickers and a lollipop! Definitely will be my go-to whenever we need a same-day visit.
