So everyone there was nice but being lied to about treatment drew a line with me. I came to Fairview with my dog who had a swollen paw. I figured and the vet figured it was a bacterial infection so we started antibiotics. Those did not work so I had to go back. This time we got an xray and the vet pretty much jumped straight to possible cancer and wanted to perform surgery to remove the toe, saying it's not a big deal as animals don't need toe to function normally. However I wanted to treat for fungal infection and the Vet said it couldn't hurt and prescribed me what I thought was an anti fungal medicine. When that didn't work I knew I had to take my dog to another vet to get another opinion. This so where I found out the medication that was prescribed wasn't even for fungus, it was just another antibiotic. I was disgusted to say the least. A little about myself for not researching the medicine and mostly at the vet for lying to me. I think they were trying to get that surgery money. However after taking to new vet across the street we did a blastomycosis test which came back positive!!! It's been about a month so far for treatment and the paw is almost back to normal!! Treatment for fungus is about 3 months long so I still have two more months of treatment but this could've of been a lot worse. If the fungus would've spread to the rest of her body she could've died. I would never trust anything that comes out of this office ever again and I'd highly recommend the vet across the street. I'm so disgusted that I'd love to get a lawyer and sue the piss out of this place for neglect and fraud. Perhaps I will

We started using this practice 2015 and we were very happy with them. however the Vet we used retired last year and the business was sold to a company. It has gone downhill drastically. The final straw for us was when I made an appointment for a heartworm injection and when I arrived they informed me it had to be compounded and I'd have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes or come back later. This was unprofessional and inefficient not to mention inconvenient. I asked for a discount for this and was informed they couldn't do that on a procedure that hadn't been done. I requested it be applied to my pets nail trim and was refused. I rescheduled for two days later. Arrived and did receive. Again I requested compensation for my inconvenience, gas, and time for the procedure now being done and was refused. They easily could have given me 10% to pacify me but chose not to even though I had the appointment at a set time and they did not provide the service. Needless to say I requested medical records for my pet and my son's pet and we will never be back.

We were up from Georgia and our female Yorkie got I'll! We took her in and they were more than willing to help her even with the busy schedule for that day! She was dehydrated and had diarrhea. They gave her IV fluids and antibiotics. We had to leave her all day but took her home that evening! The staff was great as well as the Doctor. We were so glad they seen her! She's back to normal now!

Don't let the main entrance/lobby floors that haven't been stripped and waxed for years deter you. Being new to the area, we definitely found our animal hospital! Dr. Brossett was fantastic and our technician Bailey was outstanding! Bother were super friendly and very professional. In short, we couldn't be happier and recommend this facility highly.

Very friendly staff, however there is one issue that has been ongoing for maybe 3/4 years. This place unfortunately has a serious punctuality problem. They do a great job and are very kind so I never minded waiting until it got this bad. Consistently, for the last few years, my pre-scheduled appointments have been 20+ minutes late every single time. It used to be that I’d only have to wait 20 or so minutes past my appointment every time, however the last few visits I have been sitting in my car upwards of 45 minutes. Every single time I’ve been told they had an emergency or are busy. I’m not accusing them of lying, but if I’m sitting for 20+ minutes every single appointment, that’s a time management issue. Today, unfortunately was the last day I will be coming. After waiting for 50 minutes, I simply did not have the time to wait.

When you have a sick pet, paid through the nose over time and cannot get so much as a call back as you have obviously been “canceled”. Forced to seek emergency treatment at an even higher rate and find a new vet to follow through with, I feel it is highly unprofessional and unethical to the profession.Very happy with the replacement.
