I paid this company for services October,2020 and still nothing has been resolved!! I've sent in every document they ask for and everything was supposed to be set to get a resolution with the IRS. Then I started getting letters from the IRS about a levy! When I reached out to America Tax Solutions, I was told another lady was handling my case and now she's asking for the same documents I sent in on February,2021. Long story short, this company is a scam!! I've paid $3,000 for nothing!! That's $3,000 I could've paid directly to the IRS!!!

If you haven't made the mistake like I did don't waste you time or money having tax work done here. I went last year for 2016 to have tax work done and had to pay which was not news to me but what I did not know was she made a mistake and I had to file amendment that cost me an additional 2,100. Of course I didknow about this mistake until I went to have 2017 taxes done. This year got big refund but she dropped off last digit of account so it could be direct deposited. Now no refund and no help on how to resolve issue. So 2 years of taxes and 2 big mistakes will not be returning and may speak to lawyer on refund.

This past year I used American Tax Services and couldn't be happier with my decision. When tax time rolls around I, like most people, dread the process. There are so many different services and products that are supposed to make the experience as painless as possible but time and again I have found that I've traded one headache for another. It was quite a refreshing experience to say the least when I first dealt with Frank at American Tax Services. It was clear that his primary goal was creating a solid working relationship between the two of us. Regardless of the question asked, Frank was able to explain the rules and regulations and how they apply to me in plain English, to the point where an approach tailored to my needs and unique circumstances began to take form and become clear. Frank was able to maximize my deductions without any of the added pain I've become used to when dealing with other tax professionals or services. In contrast to past experiences, where I gave my info to someone or plugged it into a program and essentially became a cog in the wheel until my taxes were submitted, it was certainly a great experience to feel part of a team with Frank and Alina. It didn't hurt that despite the excellent service they provide I somehow walked away with more money in my pocket and a bigger tax return at the end of the day. I will definitely be coming back for years to come!!
