Adjustment back and neck. Doc got me adjusted and feeling better immediately. Recommended strengthening stretching exercises to help with staying aligned. My husband and I both get adjusted at Align and we both highly recommend it!

Went in for lower back pain and received an adjustment with laser red light therapy. Slept better than I had in 3 weeks. Dr Anderson and staff were super friendly and professional. I am going back next week even with an hour drive- worth it!
