Update: the sales Mgr reached out and apologized. Made every effort to remedy the mishap.Very satisfied with the followup.NEVER had such a hard time buying a vehicle.From a sales rep not returning emails to sales managers not taking my call. The sales person insisted that I finance a brand new vehicle with them even after I stated I'm paying cash/check, not financing with them.After 3 attempts to buy a vehicle with no response, I will not spend my money here.
Good experience. Professional. Rotated and balanced tires and oil change. Dashboard indicated tires had different amounts in them. When I got in the truck I noticed it had not changed. I told Bennett and he took care of it. One tire was a little off, but not enough to ask him about it again. May have been truck tire indicator problem
Very impressed with the service ! Corey Burress was very nice and answered every question we had! They closed early but stayed there until we got there to get the Tahoe I wanted!Will tell everyone about them and the quick service we had!
