Excellent and professional service! Had my vehicle repaired following an unexpected encounter with a deer. The owner was great about keeping me informed on the progress on it, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I am a legitimate 1st-time customer.After my SUV was damaged by an at-fault driver, their “progressive” insurance company suggested I take my truck to their in-network repair shop in Murray, KY (about 1-hour away). Not having had an accident in many years, I went to 1st Choice because they were close to my home in Martin.The estimate was on Friday afternoon. I was there 5-7 minutes for them to take photos and they said they would e-mail me all I need. They did just that within the hour.I then decided to go with 1st Choice and drop it off first thing that Monday Morning. Not only was that quick as well. They had my rental waiting for me in the shop (clean and warm)....read full review
