I am a legitimate 1st-time customer.After my SUV was damaged by an at-fault driver, their “progressive” insurance company suggested I take my truck to their in-network repair shop in Murray, KY (about 1-hour away). Not having had an accident in many years, I went to 1st Choice because they were close to my home in Martin.The estimate was on Friday afternoon. I was there 5-7 minutes for them to take photos and they said they would e-mail me all I need. They did just that within the hour.I then decided to go with 1st Choice and drop it off first thing that Monday Morning. Not only was that quick as well.
