I cannot overstate the incredible level of care and customer service that I received, and continue to receive from the Sport Ortho team. Beth at the front desk feels like a family friend. Brenna presents as a caring, clinically aggressive, and trustworthy care partner. Jeremey from the PT side listens incredibly well and responds to my concerns and issues immediately and appropriately. Manchester is blessed to have such a cohesive, competent, and caring provider.

Had an appointment arrived early since I was a new patient and I sat in a room for 30 before someone came in I was there for over 3 and half hours! Nice staff but ridiculous on waiting time!

There was no wait time and the first time in 52 years I was "heard" when I spoke. These people are my partners in health care. Absolutely knowledge and pleasant.

Both of my kids have been seen at Sport Ortho multiple times for various sport related injuries. Brenna is absolutely wonderful! She's soft spoken and great with kids. Her knowledge base exceeds all expectations. The staff is friendly and welcoming. 10/10, highly recommend!!!! Our area is blessed to have them.

I went this morning in so much pain and was NEVER seen, I tried to make appt on my way everytime was open but system kept kicking me off so I just went. I was told they were busy but would work me in. I mean that's what their website says too. We'll afterc2 hours sitting with a toddler lady at desk could not tell me when I would be seen but if I wanted to leave I could reschedule I told her No thanks I will go somewhere else I'm in too much pain. Not a good way to treat a person. Would never have gone there if there appt schedule was full. Fix your system

I visited in Nov 25 and all of the staff were very professional and friendly. They listen to my description of the problem on this having and made several recommendations which are right on target. I would have no problem recommending this place to anyone.

Very pleased with the service we received today at Sport Ortho! Brought my MIL in for evaluation of leg pain, and after some xrays she received a diagnosis and prompt treatment! Everyone was super nice and efficient too! Thanks to all today for your great customer service! We will be back as needed!
