I was living in Oregon, had a plan to move to Tennessee but needed a house. Lisa and I worked together via email, and she found houses (about 10) for me to look at on a quick trip here. I found my dream home that day! Lisa made it all happen for me, handled everything here while I went back to Oregon and packed for my move. I cannot say enough about Patrick Smith! He has been amazing through the whole process. We had our house under contract within 25 days of listing with him and closed before the holidays! He was quick to respond to all our questions/concerns and worked many nights and weekends getting paperwork, etc to us. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a real estate agent!
