Trying to buy a car from these people is impossible. Emailed about a car on Wednesday we wanted to see on Saturday. It was priced at $31,000. Waited on someone to call me back. Thursday by the time they call back it’s $31,800. Tell sales person I started this at $31,000. His only bs line is, it’s about buying a car you want, not the payment amount. Well unless he’s planning to pay my bills, then yes it is about that too. Then spend all day working back and forth with him. Make a time to come drive it Saturday, tell them I need total to buy it out the door price, sends that to me after banking hours today. And now, now it’s $32,700 tonight online. Wanted me to give him $1000 on a car I’ve not seen to hold it for me but wouldn’t guarantee the price. It’s the vehicle we’ve been looking for for four years. Sadly, due to their crooked political views on things looks like we have to hold off or buy elsewhere. So needless to say I’ve wasted a lot of precious time trying to make something happen when they can’t even stay committed to a deal for a day!

I've been doing my business with John Roberts for quite a few years and today I have decided that I will no longer be doing business with them I will not buy another car from them they left me hanging my car's going to end up messing up we'll have to go elsewhere and get it fixed because they won't stand behind their own batteries they're telling me it's charged when they had to jump my car in the parking lot to drive it in the service department and told me my battery was fine even though it dies every time we stop and turn off the car . The battery is a 84 month battery an it's been in my car one year I have had to jjump the car every time I have to start it if I stop somewhere. Bad business boys ! I took my car elsewhere and the battery tested bad and replaced it and wow my car starts every time ! I wasn't looking for a free battery obviously I bought one but y'all were dishonest it would have messed up stuff in my car the way it does when it's dead trying to turn over . or is that what you wanted a bigger return after more bad things happened. I will NOT recommend their service!

Terrible experience with salesman Breydon Langford. Tried to buy a car remotely, agreed on a price, completed loan application, then at the last minute they added a $500 fee. I asked what the fee was for and they refused to elaborate beyond "customer service fee", then said it was a "document fee", and alluded to some vague legal premise - which is a total falsehood.I had put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, which they've since refused to return, despite my never having signed any type of agreement with this dealership. Very upsetting experience - beware of these scammers.

Really good car buying experience. In this area where Nissans are manufactured nearby, the other dealerships have a ton of hidden gotcha fees and add-ons. Not here. Their doc fee is much more reasonable than the competition and they are straight to the chase to sell a car. No extra pricing for lifetime power train, no "benefits" we are going to throw on the price to up the cost. We drove a little further for the car we wanted at this dealer - but they were fair and moved the process along. Other dealers wanted to haggle APR when credit was a non-issue for our car deal. Save yourself some time, visit this place first for a great experience.

We did not have a good experience. Our sales consultant acted as if he did not want to sell us the SUV and was not very helpful. We had it delivered as we live 4 hours away. We looked at numerous pictures of the vehicle online and it looked fine. Once it was delivered we noticed a dent in the back hatch door. Not noticeable in the pictures. It was also never disclosed to us, which buying it sight unseen we felt that should have been important to them. Other dealers that we were dealing with were very transparent about condition. They were not concerned about making it right as well. We also received the SUV without any paperwork or temporary tag, so we could not drive it. We had to contact them to send everything several times. We finally received it 7 days later, but had to insist they overnight it or it would have been longer. We never felt like they cared about our business. We do not recommend John Roberts Nissan.
