Highly recommend Pretty Nails! Leo, Lin, and Tom were so patient and kind to my aunt and me. Leo helped me choose the perfect color by letting me try 3 options, and they all delivered excellent nail care. I came in with rough nails and left feeling beautiful and confident with a gel manicure and pedicure.
I always tried to support small business, especially in the area of Madisonville and Vonore. I think the male ( unfortunately, I don't know his name at the top of my head) is very good. His wife, for the other part is less careful, and less professional. I paid 30 dollars for a manicure, in which was a little overpriced. I understand that the price to doing business is expensive. One of the problems is that her English language acquisition is really limited, and her husband at times have to translate any personal nail desire, or services..The nail salon is clean, better than the previous management, and they have more nail color selection. Cleo and Jenny are excellent. They both are so sweet and very attentive. I have no trouble getting in and getting exactly what I ask for. With just the two of them there, they amaze me. So many would complain of such long, exhausting, hours but not them. They always have smiles on their faces, ask how I'm doing and appear genuinely concerned about their clientele.
