I recently went to Fast Pace Medical Center in Madisonville, TN for my DOT physical, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely courteous. They treated me with respect, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in less than an hour without ever feeling rushed. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Fast Pace Medical Center to anyone needing a DOT physical or other medical services.

Back in January my husband got into a car accident. He had no insurance but we wanted to get him looked at. We could afford Fastpace so we went there to get him checked out. They would not even see him because they couldn't do a CT scan. We just wanted him to be assessed for any visual signs of a concussion and a doctor's note so that he would not get penalized at work. I called ahead and told them the situation. They told me they could not do a CT scan but that they check him out. When we got there they acted like we were stupid for coming in. I had told them again we just wanted him assessed for visual signs of a concussion and a work note. The women behind the desk started talking to each other and saying that they didn't know what we wanted them to do and that they had told me that on the phone. Overall this experience was terrible. I could understand they didn't want to be held liable if he had a brain bleed but you sign paperwork saying that this is not an official diagnosis. So I don't see how turning us away was an appropriate thing to do when we were seeking medical attention. So after they turned us away we called Sweetwater Fastpace who also told us they could not do a CT scan but that they would do a visual assessment. We went out there and we felt like Dr.Jennifer really cared. She gave us a list of things to do for a concussion and a doctor's note. She even called a few days later to follow up on how my husband was doing. Yesterday we had to go to Fastpace again. Of course we went to Sweetwater. My husband fell and hurt his wrist so we wanted to get it checked out. We saw Dr.Jennifer again and she remembered us and made us feel like she cared. Sweetwater did not have an x-ray and they sent us over to Madisonville Fastpace for a x-ray. They told us we just were supposed to go in and get an x-ray and that it would be very quick. Sweetwater emailed Madisonville that we were coming in. When we got there they asked us for a referral paper. We told them that Sweetwater said they were going to contact them. They told us to take a seat. We waited 45 minutes. When they finalled called us up the receptionist said that she was sorry but that she had missed the referral email from Sweetwater. I know that things happen but both of our experiences with the Madisonville Fastpace have been terrible. We will always choose to go to the Sweetwater Fastpace and we recommend that everyone else do the same.

Would give negative stars if I could! There was Nothing Fast Paced about this place. Waited the same amount of time, if not longer than a regular doctors office. Finally saw the doctor and she ordered a test and said that the test results would be available tomorrow and then said she was also giving me a prescription. After the sample was given they said I was free to leave. No details on what the prescription was or if it was being called in. As I was leaving I saw the doctor in her office and asked about it and she mentioned it was going to be called in and then mentioned that the test results would take longer and it would be 3-4 days. It has been almost TWO weeks and STILL no test results. I have called twice and all I get is… we still don’t have any results yet. We’ll call you when they come in. I have no faith that I will ever hear from them. And I am beginning to think that someone lost the sample or that the results were lost. Needless to say I will not be going back and suggest that you go elsewhere for urgent care.
