Thank you Mr. Richard Schultz for guiding me through this difficult process. Richard used his computer technology to show me, on a super large TV screen, the exact dimensions of my daughter’s granite grave marker. I was able to know the exact letter size and we chose a larger marker. Richard was VERY patient with me, talking me through every part of the process. Through every meeting, Richard offered me kindness and empathy… never rushing me. He could relate to my grief as my daughter died suddenly & without warning.
