I can't even put into words how great these guys are. They were patient, understanding & accommodating in every area. Will be seeing them next week to lay another family member to rest. I recommend this place 100% they made one of the worst days of our lives a lot easier to face.
Director Dontae Cook was fantastic. He was very professional and understanding. We picked this funeral home due it was close to my sons home. Also because it was locally family owned. He was the best director i have used in the several funeral home I have used.
I want to sincerely thank Madison Funeral Home for their compassionate and professional service during such a difficult time. Dontae was especially outstanding — his care, attention to detail, and professionalism made all the difference. He guided us through every step with kindness and made sure our loved one was honored in the most thoughtful way. We are truly grateful for the support we received. Definitely recommend 100 percent.
