Recently purchased tile and materials for the kitchen and bathrooms a few weeks back. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and insightful in assisting us while we were looking for the best product that would suit our needs. Also, Chris stepped in to point us in the direction of options that may not have initially came to our attention as we were walking through the warehouse. They both did an excellent job of helping make sure our decision on which flooring to choose went smoothly. Lastly, they even loaded all of the goods neatly onto our truck for an easy ride back home. Will absolutely return to do business with them again if ever needed!

We had a great experience working with Jimmy at the flooring store. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the differences between the flooring options and what would realistically work best for our busy home and lifestyle. We never felt pressured, and he made the whole process much less overwhelming. One thing that really stood out was that when the flooring we liked was out of samples, he went out of his way to cut us a sample piece himself so we could take it home and see it in our space. That level of customer service really meant a lot. Highly recommend working with him if you’re shopping for flooring!
