We have been in our Cook Bros home for over 5 years now and love it. There have been no surprises, no problems and it fits our needs perfectly! John, Ralph, Ashley and the whole design team were wonderful to work with. It was easy to accomplish - especially since we were moving from Illinois. My wife and I have recently purchased a new Cook Bros Home in the Enclave at Harvey development. From the start of our inquiry about their homes here, to the signing of our contract and working with Amber Fedders, Stacy West, Jon at One Touch Mortgage, and our wonderful designer, Amy Summers, Eric the foreman, and Maryann at the front desk, everyone of them has been absolutely wonderful to work with.
