I am fortunate to have found this practice. They go above and beyond. The friendliest office staff and lab tech. Always greeting you with a smile. remembering who you are. I never feel unheard or rushed. Jamie listens to my concerns, (She listens to her patience! ) Her nurse is professional yet friendly & personable. There is a reason why this place, Internal Medicine associates of Loudon is ranked # 1. This means everything to me! I had almost gave up hope in finding a medical team that could or would help me with a 6-year chronic condition that has brought my life to a standstill. Unbearable to face another day. I am forever grateful to Jamie. I have hope for tomorrow.
It won't come fast or easy but I know she'll stick with me through it. I am finally receiving the care that I need. . I highly recommend this practice. I want to be selfish and keep it to myself but I know there's a lot of patients like me looking for the same. Don't give up.
