My wife and I went to Mountain Escape Spa and Boutique for our 15th Anniversary, and we could not have felt more special. Deanna greeted us with a sign celebrating our 15 years and was immediately focused on our relaxation and experience. She was very personable and led us to the relaxation room where the art and lighting were immediately effective at allowing us to relax. We got facials by Peyton who she was fantastic. I had never had one before and she was very informative about the process. Rebecca was our masseuse and was very thorough and intuitive. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one feels well deserved….Mountain Escape Spa truly exceeded my expectations with both their hospitality and services. I visited on my wedding day for a massage and hair updo, and left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so excited for the day.
The staff was incredible—my massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and despite my hair never holding a curl, the style lasted all evening. Deanna went above and beyond, surprising me with champagne when she learned it was my wedding day, and even surprised me with a couple roses and a thoughtful gift at checkout. The staff was so friendly! The receptionist asked about our travels and if we had an occasion we were celebrating. Our masseuse were very knowledgeable on pressure points and technique. Upon leaving, we were presented with a surprise personalized gift! So thoughtful!
