    Will not order flowers from here again. Ordered a bouquet ,a balloon and a med box of chocolates. Only the flowers got delivered 4 hours after they were supposed too. Called and the lady was very rude about getting a refund for the items not delivered

    Would NOT recommend using this business for flower arrangements. Similar to a few other reviews below, the pictures online do not match what was received. We ordered the Jolly Candy Cane Bouquet (first picture) to be sent to family members in the area, and the flowers that were actually delivered (second picture) were vastly different. The vase is completely different, there are no candy canes in the arrangement, and the flowers and the bow don’t match. The bouquet received looks to be significantly smaller than what the picture shows. The handwriting on the card that was sent with it (third picture) was mostly illegible. The arrangement sent is not worth the money that was spent. Would encourage others to look elsewhere before doing business here.

    This was hands down one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. The flowers delivered were not what I ordered. Not even close.
    I was mostly concerned with the vase the flowers were in when I bought them as I know seasons can depict which flowers are available. When I contacted the owner, instead of professionalism or accountability, I was met with extreme rudeness and a condescending attitude.

    No apology. No solution. No attempt to make it right. Didn't call me to make sure the changes made were okay. The only option offered was to retrieve the flowers from the person they were gifted to and return them within 30 minutes of closing. Knowing I don’t living in Livingston this was an absurd and unreasonable ultimatum.
    If you value basic respect, quality control, or a business owner who knows how to speak to customers, I strongly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

    So much for supporting a small business. Some stay small for a reason.

    If you want to deal with a spiteful hateful business, come here. The owner is one of the most despicable rude humans I may have ever met. I said maybe 10 words our entire interaction. Not sure if the hate from her was toward me or if something upset her prior to my arrival. Plenty of other places to buy flowers, avoid this one!

    I ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother’s Day. I live out of town so there aren’t too many local options in their area. She received them on a Thursday afternoon and by Saturday morning the flowers were wilted and falling apart. The greenery was yellow and brown on the edges. Mom said when they arrived they were actually already starting to wilt. So I gave the shop a call and spoke to the owner. I wasn’t angry, but thought she needed to know. If you don’t know there is a problem you can’t fix it. She was extremely rude about the whole thing. My mom would have had to physically return the dead flowers to the shop and she would replace them. That’s fine, I guess, but the rudeness was uncalled for. She was ugly and defensive stating that she DOES NOT send out dead flowers, then hung up on me. I have the photos to prove it, but ok. I’ll not be using them again. So much for trying to support local small businesses.

    I don't recommend doing on line orders. I put a order in yesterday to be delivered to my daughter's house same town. I wanted there for her birthday the day of deliver. I called to make sure order was going to be there because she was leaving for the afternoon. I was told that it would deliver after 12 still wasn't at 1 pm. I then called back to a rude conservative that they was working on it. I also was told they was busy. I don't understand why it wasn't done day before when I ordered it. I just told myself that I would not be ordering from them anymore. I paid for the cost of flowers and delivery and never questioned them. I am very disappointed.

    I rented a uhaul trailer from this business and the experience was awesome. The lady that was working was helpful and got me going quick. When I returned the trailer she was very friendly and helped me unload the trailer. I felt so good about the whole experience I bought my wife some roses from the business. Thank you for making me feel like I was important to your business.

    Sadly giving 2 stars for my first time ordering through this company. From what was recieved to what I actually thought was ordered. I understand changing flowers for seasonal purposes, but you could atleast contact someone about changing almost the ENTIRE display. As you can see the flowers are completely different from what the website had shown. Very disappointed.
