If you want to find out what good customer service and quality work are - call this company. The scheduling process was a breeze. The team showed up fully prepared and in less then an hour (simple tank pump) were done - all that while explaining to me exactly what they were doing. They also educate you on the septic system and provide some recommendations on maintenance. The guys were personable and just good human beings. Highly recommend.

We had B&M come out for a Septic inspection on a new home purchase that didn’t have a septic permit in file. Even though their schedule was full, they made time for me before our inspection window closed. They located and dug the tank, pumped, and gave me a written report with some pictures confirming everything was in good shape, all for a reasonable price. On top of that, they were very pleasant people. Give them a call for any of your septic needs.

Had B M Septic pump out & inspect a system on house we bought in Chuckey. Great folks, friendly & professional, & prompt as well. Brad has more stories than a skyscraper & funny ? Maria is awesome with scheduling, communication (rare these days) & handling the details. I'll be using them again for a future project. ?
