Ron first made an effort to use a thermocouple he had on hand! Great, if it had worked it would have amazing. When it didn’t he used his phone to get the company data and ordered replacement parts. They came today—and under warranty. Since he was tied up elsewhere he got a man from Henderson (I neglected to get his name). He was a champ. Hooked hose pipe to the drain. Took off old part. Fitted the new part despite it having a slightly different configuration. Gave me old part. And now the heater is warming up. A friend just called to see how it went. Fine, of course.
