Roy is always kind, courteous, and honest, and I feel like he has my best interest in mind whenever I come to firestone. For this reason I will continue being happy choosing firestone for tires and repair services.

Roy is an excellent sales team member. I bought 2 tires and had my two remaining tires balanced. One of the old tires blew out on the freeway and since the lug nuts were properly torqued I could change the flat in the field. I was still on time for an important medical appointment! Many thanks to the tech!
