Roi was quick, efficient, and very kind. I was having a difficult time this morning due to a long distance hike yesterday and he was quick to go above and beyond getting my tire size and even helping me when I dropped my stuff. He saw a person having a hard time and helped. 10/10! Peter was quick and had a way with connecting with people and to make them smile. He treats people like old friends. Thank you to the mechanics, the unsung heroes! They had my car in and out despite the heat and their workload. They made my car safe for the fourth and I appreciate it greatly.
Peter was amazing! It was close to closing time and he was able to fit two other people in besides my wife! His customer service is amazing especially in this day when companies don’t really care.
Be careful of the other things Peter was absolutely wonderful while assisting me today and getting my oil changed we were halfway to our destination point and my car light went off I pulled into my nearest Firestone and he was able to assist me very quickly and very thoroughly. Thank you so much Mr Peter for all of your help I will definitely be back and will definitely recommend Firestone to all of my friends!!!
