Our washing machine quit working while full of clothes water and with the door locked and on a Sunday. I called Jon’s phone and left a message. He returned my call first thing Monday and scheduled an appoint for today. He showed up, diagnosed the problem, and returned with the proper part in about an hour, fixed it in 30 minutes and was on his way. No mess, no fuss just solid professionalism. I can’t recommend this person highly enough. Good work, Jon! I’ll call you again, but I hope not too soon.

I’m really pleased with the service I received. I was able to get a next-day appointment for Jon to come out and look at my freezer, which was acting up. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and repaired it on the spot. Very knowledgeable, and very professional. The tracks on the upper rack of our Kitchenaid dishwasher needed replacing. Jon came out and replaced those, along with the baskets support brackets. He had to literally take the dishwasher apart to accomplish the repair, made two trips, and only charged for one service call plus parts. John really knows what he's doing, and is efficient. Highly recommend Eleet Appliance Repair!

I called ELEET Appliance to find a part for my GE Dryer that I am repairing and spoke with John. Despite not selling the parts (he does repairs), John took the time to refer me to a parts store in Knoxville where the part could be purchased. John knew the model number and problem I was describing, he knew what parts were involved, and pointed out best practices on how to perform the repair myself. John knows his stuff (period)! He's also professional and helpful. If there is ever an appliance problem I can't figure out myself... John at ELEET Appliance will be the first person I call.

Fabulous customer service! The service technician was very friendly and helpful. My son had to tried to fix the problem himself, the technician told me that my son put the part in crooked, he repositioned it and it worked great, only charged me the service call!

Jon returned my phone call within a few business hours and schedule a repair time for my range within the same week. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and even took the time to point out how some residue had built up and was affecting the stovetop function. He was pleasant, professional and efficient.
